Jeff Priest

                             Jeff Priest has been a certified casting instructor with the Federation of Fly Fishers since 2000.

             He received his training from Joe Libeu who is a master casting instructor.

                 Jeff received his casting certification from Tim Rajeff who is a world distance casting champion.

                      He also has also co-taught casting classes with the late Mel Krieger and was the head casting instructor for the 

Sierra Pacific fly fishers for 6 years, with an average of 100 students per class.

  He has tied flies on theater at the Fred Hall show and

had his flies along with an article on Baja published in “Saltwater Fly Fishing magazine.” 

Jeff’s photos have been featured on the front page of the

“Dailey News” and in“Fly Fishing in Saltwater magazine”.

   Jeff is also a Department of Fish and Game licensed guide who has

lived and fished in Santa Monica for the past 45 years.

Jeff has guided clients to numerous IGFA world record fish.

He has shared his passion for the sport with hundreds of

individuals young and old.
